Our company was one of the first in Poland to introduce PVC windows equipped with a QR code with access to the WindowPass mobile application, through which you can easily scan each of your PVC windows and receive detailed information about the purchased product!
The solution consists of a sticker with a QR code, a web interface (Cockpit)and two mobile applications (MontageProfi and WindowPass). Using a QR code sticker on a window or door, window data, orders and objects can be managed digitally.
Unambiguous identification and accessible information facilitate installation and approval at the customer’s site. The advantage of this solution for the individual customer is modern after-sales service. The business customer gains convenient and fast management of the purchase of PVC windows and doors, ordering / ordering from the site, and ordering complaints, service requests directly from the complaint site.
